The Nebula Carina is built on a Ford Ranger Next Gen Single Cab XL 4WD, available with a 3.0L or 2.0L engine and a 10-speed automatic transmission. Essence RV have kept the body lightweight through composite panel construction, which is what allows the upgraded 3500kg GVM without compromising handling or payload.
The cab carries the same safety and driver-assist features you'd expect in a new Ford Ranger: a 5-star Euro NCAP and ANCAP safety rating, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, lane keeping alert, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto through the integrated touchscreen. It's a genuine daily-driveable vehicle, not just a weekend toy.
In the living area, big skylights and double-glazed windows keep things bright, with black-out blinds and fly screens fitted to every window, and soft-close drawers and cabinetry are built to handle corrugated back-roads without rattling loose.
