The MTA has represented the motor trade since 1917 and today represents over 4,000 automotive businesses across the country, from vehicle sales yards to workshops and service stations.
As an MTA member, we've signed up to the MTA Code of Ethics and Customer Promise, a set of standards that commits us to honest deals, reliable service and customer-first values in every sale. It's a public commitment to the way we do business, not just a badge on our website.
Backed by an Independent Mediation Service
If you're ever not completely satisfied with a purchase from an MTA member, the MTA operates a free mediation service to help resolve the dispute, an independent avenue separate from the dealership itself. You can reach MTA's mediation service through their website or by calling 0508 682 633.
